Class Not Registered

I am using BCB4.0 for my program. I have packed my program thru Installshield. When I install it to test machine, it says "Class Not Registered" at the very beginning, when I launch the program right after installation.

What's wrong? Is there also a way by which I could better find out which Class it's referring?

Please help!
