Class CORBA_NO_IMPLEMENT with exception

Hi everybody,
Just don't know why when I starting my server applciation with Borland it say :

Class CORBA_NO_IMPLEMENT with exception

My main code is so simple, it crash on that line:

===>CORBA::ORB_var orb = CORBA::ORB_init(argc, argv);

Someone have an idea?!?
