CLAN question and how to set up H323 trunks

Hello,

Have an Avaya S8700 what command would show me what the CLANs' are being used for? I need to find out which CLAN we can use for IP trunks.

Does anyone have a step by step guide for installing IP trunks? I need to set up two H323 trunk groups and need it simply. LOL!
