CLAN firmware 41 recalled March 27th 1

No PCN or other notes as to why. Should I be worried? Anyone know why it was pulled?

I have one CLAN board that falls under this firmware recall and rolled back to version 40 as a precaution.

"Firmware 41 was released November 2012. Recall: Downloads of FW41 occasionally fail rendering the TN799DP unusable
