Citrix will Only Print ONE copy

This issue has plagued us for a few weeks with no solution in site. We are using Citrix to serve an accounting program. When printing from within the accounting program, only ONE copy will print no matter how many copies are requested thru the print dialogue box. There are no error messages displayed. Other workstations do not have this problem, it seems to be restricted to only one.

All other programs printing local print fine, multiple copies will print ok.

HP LaserJet 4200 installed on LPT
Windows 2000
Citrix versions 1.8

Any help will be appriciated.

Try installing a simple "HP LaserJet 4" driver on the server, and map the clientside driver to it via the wtsuprnt.inf, or use CMC printermapping.
Does it print multiple copies then?
