I have one user in my Citrix environment that cannot use a website with Java code or maintain her printers after logoff.
I've confirmed that the website and printer creation works for equally configured user accounts. Users are typically added to the Power Users group on the local citrix server. I've added this person to the Administrators group to test and yet still no change.
Every morning the user has to add her printers.
I feel it may be a profile issue. The only thing I could think of was to delete the user's directory in 'Documents and Settings'. However, this did not work either.
Where should I start?
