I'm not really sure of the terminology here, so a search for prior solutions to this issue didn't work out that well.

We have our citrix server with each clients C: drive mapped to our application server.

When upgrading the application to a new version, we're getting an error message that implies that the user's client session has run out of space. It "cannot unzip" some of the update files.

I'm not really sure where the settings that control this are in the citrix administration panel. I want to make the session's size larger, if possible.

Anybody know what I'm talking about? Let me know if you'd need more details. Thanks.

Hi,

Check the Client Security Settings, I think they are set to No Access.

Get your user to log into Citrx, on the toolbar of the PC there is an ICA icon, click this and then click the Security button, change it to Full Access and Never Ask me again for any application.

Cheers,
Carl.

no luck. I tried placing the permissions to read only and restarting the connection, but even after changing them back to full control I'm still getting the same problem.

Thanks.
