I'm running three Citrix Metaframe 1.8 FR1 SP3 servers on Windows 2000 SP2. We have load balancing installed on all three. We also have the Terminal Server Licensing installed on a seperate Terminal Server from the Citrix Farm. We have a published app that only uses 2 of the 3 servers and the 1 is our master browser and has no users. Any ideas would help thanks.

Does this server ever accept users?
If it's the Master Browser, it could be that the loads are too great (comparatively to other Citrix servers) for it to accept connections.
