Citrix Profile locations not consistent

I have 3 Citrix XP FR3 servers on W2k in a Native AD environment.

A few users only have their profiles in Documents and settings on 1 of the servers but not the other.
I am using roaming profiles, but the server is set to keep a cache copy that updates the profile on the File server so that logon time is faster.

Can anyone explain why one server has the profile but the other does not? I went through all the GPO's and cannot find anything.

Suggestions appreciated.

I think I have answered my own question.

I have 2 User groups
XP Users and XP Users Policy

XP Users have access to the Citrix Machines. The GPO for is applied to XP Users Policy so I can have users that do not get the policy without giving them Admin Perm.

I had since created a new GPO, applied it to the XP Users and denied the policy tio administrators.
Therefore, there are 2 different GPO's for the same user because they both are in the 2 groups. I guess there is some way W2K determines the order to apply the GPO and luck of the draw would have it that a few users were beoing affected by this becuase their profile was not created before the 2 GPO's were applied.
