Citrix Problem,
The applications on the taskbar disappear for the user when they minimized their applications.
When the problem occurs the task bar look normal, but you can not see any of the jobs you had running before. The jobs are not gone, they are just hidden.
Sometime doing multiple double clicks on the taskbar make the jobs reappear.
Launching the task manager from the taskbar will also make the applications reappear into view.
The problem happens upon the first minimization of the user job, but once the user does multiple double clicks or launches the task manager, the problem stops and will not occur again until user logs out. One user logs back into his Citix server the problem reoccurs.
My Citrix configuration is the following.
Platform: Metaframe XPe Server for Windows
Version 1.0 (Build 1467)
Feature Release 3
Service Pack 3
OS Windows 2000 Service Pack 3
I have one Farm with 8 servers on it.
This problem is occuring on all my Citrix Servers.
It is occuring on my Compaq Evo T20.
It is occuring on my PCS on the ICA connections
ICA Version 7.00.175
