Citrix Mac Client

I was wondering... Our marketing girl uses a Mac for all her "stuff", and a PC for her E-mail. I know Citrix has a Mac client. Can you run Outlook over that Citrix client, and have it access local files on a Mac? I have very little experience using Macs, so sorry if this sounds dumb...
