citrix i/o error

In a farm with several applications published, on two specific applications we get from time to time the error "citrix i/o error". The farm consists of only two citrix XPe servers with FR 3. They both are HP blade servers with two Nics both teamed to one ip.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be the problem, because we don't see any logic (from time to time and only on two applications ????)

Would the error below be the culprit?

Forgot to mention. Not one event is written in the log books!!!
