I have a Terminal Server NT4 with citrix metaframe 1.8 SP2.
Everyone that logs on gets a autocreated printer. This is working great for 3 years.

One of our customers has changed there situation. They log in to there own citrix server and from there citrix session they start a new connection to my citrix server. So we have citrix to citrix. Suddenly we now have printing problems with them. They don't get there printer serviced anymore. I did the following
1. Made sure everybody else is working good and other customers are working ok
2. Made sure the printer driver is correct to mine. it is
3. Deleted the profiles of the user and then let them log in. This works ones and then they get the printer so it worked. The second time they log on is doesn't. If i throw away there profile again they don't get there printer anymore.

Are there known problems with citrix in citrix sort of speak with the printer. Where should i look for the problem? With me or them?

Hope someone has experience in this.
Patrick

I don't think it will work as I think the printer will not be recognised as a client printer.

Cheers

Well the stupod thing is it works with one person. I don't get it either

Hope someone else has an idea

Does your client have a direct network connection to your site...and are they using network printers? If so, you could install them as local printers on your Citrix server using a standard TCP/IP port.
