I have a computer that cannot connect to a Citrix server. My computer will dial the number configured in the Citrix Client and then I hear the handshake and nothing happens from there. Eventually it will stop, hang up, and redial and display the same symptom. I can dial into my local ISP with no problem and I can also hyperterm into our telephone system with no problem. The tech guy at the company I have been trying to use Citrix to dial into has blamed my modem which I replaced. When that didn't work, I bought a new computer...same result. I also had the phone lines rewired (by the technical reps recommendation) and still no luck. I feel the problem is on their side but now they want me to install another new modem. Any ideas?
