I am new to Citrix, and this issue is driving me crazy.

I have a remote client using the web client [8.0] who cannot seem to start a session. Right after the login screen, he gets a "session expired" error message.

I have gone through the usual Internet Options check [cookies, temp files, etc.], and re-installed the client software 5 times.

They are running WinXP Home [don't ask] and the latest IE. All other clients with access to this system are NOT having this issue, so I believe it is a client issue.

Has anyone run into this situation?

Any pointers on where to look would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Check this site for instances of licencing, you may need to log in an an Adminstrator on the XP Home machine and run Citrix so that the TS CAL is written to the registry.

Hope this helps,
Carl.

Goto Citrix Connection and look at ICA Client Protocal and see if you have any limitations on time out, idle time out and etc...
