Citrix Application Set from Outside

hello All.
I have beat my head into the ground with this one.
We use metaframe 4 for our server and cisco 2811's for routing. Web interface works 100% perfectly as we are forwarding ports 1494, 2598, 80, and 8080(xml) to the citrix box. However, trying to use the full client I cannot get a connection to the citrix box with the alternate address in place. It looks like it makes communication and dies.

Any advice?

Look at the firewall settings, they should be saying use alternate addressing.
