Whenever our users log into Citrix, they appear to be logging in with their network account as if locally - so then they get their mapped drives and a profile is created for them in Documents and Settings.

The root drive recently filled and there wasn't much to clean up - we realized that the Documents and Settings was filling up much of the partition. The users don't need access to their mapped drives in Citrix, and there is nothing saved in the profile that is useful for their next session, the app saves custom settings in it's own location.

How do we turn off the profile creation? Yea we want the user to logon using their network username/password, but just for authentication - beyond that they just need to run the app...

A local profile will be needed, however, you can have them automatically delete upon logoff with a group policy, or by editing the registry.

HKLM\software\microsoft\windows nt\winlogon
REG DWORD (DeleteRoamingCache=1)

Is that registry key okay for Windows 2000?
