Citrix and Outlook

Having trouble setting up off-line folders while Citrixing in to my network. I want to set my clients up so they can get on the network then synchronize their folders to their local hard drive. I don't see the option available. I'm running metaframe 1.8 and Outlook 2000.

Any Ideas?
