We have an application (accessed via Citrix) that runs reports via an Access database. The report shows up just fine. The problem is that when we try to export the report and save it in Excel format we encounter the following error:
The formats that enable you to output data as a Microsoft Excel, rich-text format, MS-DOS text, or HTML file are missing or incorrectly registered in the Windows Registry.
We've re-installed Access and reviewed the registry. Everything looks correct. The odd thing is that when we manually open the database and run the report, we can successfully export it. Any suggestions on troubleshooting tips would be appreciated?
