CiscoView v4.2 problem

Hi, I have recently installed a PA-MC-2E1/120 (Chanelised E1 card)in to my 7206 which did not work originally until i upgraded the IOS but the problem is that i cant see the module in CiscoView (v4.2) in the slot where it is it says 'Unknown Card' why is this and how do i fix this? >:-<

Any time you get a message from CiscoView (CV) that says &quot;Unknown Card&quot; it means that your install of CV does not have the latest packages to support the model of hardware you are trying to view. Each time CV is released, Cisco tries to include support for all the latest hardware currently available at the time of the release. When new hardware is introduced after a CV release, you have to update your device &quot;packages&quot; (actual term used by CV) to include the new hardware. Cisco online offers help if you search on &quot;device packages&quot; to opbtain the latest updates.
