I have just installed ciscoworks for the first time and have a question about ciscoview5.5. I am able to open up ciscoview and view the switch that I have added to monitor (catalyst 3550). When I right click on any of the port interfaces, the only option I get is “Monitor”. This option works but shouldn’t I be able to view port configuration (port speed, duplex etc)?
When I right click on the switch and select “configure”, It opens up a IE window and tries to open "homepage.htm” from my switch( I get “Page cannot be displayed”.

I have the latest version of the device package for my cisco device. I have verified that I do have a connection between the software and the device by moving cables into different ports.
Any ideas?
