Is there any easier way to figure out the baud rate or flow control other than testing it one by one? I have the above mentioned switch and its Grand Junction cousin FastSwitch 2800 but can't console in to either one with the standard 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit, no flow control. i have messed around with the settings and the most i got was this

ATQ0H0

it just rewrites this over and over on both switches

Take a look at this FAQ - faq558-643.

Good luck.
