CISCO831 RIP

I have RIP setup on my CISCO831 Router. here is my setup

router rip
version 2
network 10.0.0.0
neighbor 10.10.10.52
no auto-summary

As you can see I get nothing upon entering the following command when I telnet into the router ...

nbrtest#
nbrtest#debug ip rip
RIP protocol debugging is on
nbrtest#

Am I missing a command entry ? Thanks .....
