Can this switch perform the task of Packet shaping? I understand I can prioritise ports by configuring the QoS but is this on the internal side of the network. If I had an internet/leased line connection can the internal ports using this external connection be configured to have one permanantly using 60% of the bandwidth and another 40% (If two internal connections existed).
