Cisco VPN Dialer 3.6.1 cannot see client local lan

New with vpn.
Connecting to work thru cisco vpn 3.6.1 Ok but I cannot see work local network. Before installing D-link wireless router I was able to work ok. I have set the cisco dialer to use transparent tunneling and allow local lan network, but connection this two setting are reset to inactive and disable.
