There is no CISCO VPN forum so IU figured the PIX forum was next best thing so here it goes:

Server A-----4503 sw----3005 A----web-----3005 B-----WS B

Where 3005 A&B are Cisco VPN Concentrator's

On network A The public ip address was changed with completely new subnet. Since changing the subnet and updating 3005 A & B to reflect this change the only way for Network B to communicate with Network A is if Server A PING's a device withing Network B. It seems as though 3005 A will only allow Network A to establish the LAN-to-LAN connection. This was not the case before the IP Address change. Any Ideas? Im scratchin my head on this.

Have you checked both ends of the VPN to make sure they are still set to Bidirectional, or is that a silly question.

Oh, and that the correct peer IP addresses are specified of course, seeing as that is what has changed!

I think I found the solution:

When I set up the new peer address for the remote connection, the old L2L data still sat there cached on the box. Once I cleared out the old data and rebooted the Concentrator, the connection issue seem to have gone away. The big test comes Monday when the L2L connection has timed out over the weekend.
