Cisco switches vs. Nortel

I have a ? for anyone. Would you say that Cisco is the way to go when it comes to Routing and Switching, say, vs. Nortel for the Routing and Switching?

You'll find more technicians that support Cisco products than any other vendor's products. :)

Look at the stability of the companies as well. Cisco spends more on R&D than the income of some other companies combined.
