Cisco Supervosiry Disconnect

Has anyone played with Cisco 1700 series router on FXO ports. The problem that I am facing is, we cannot detect the disconnect signal. If we detect the disconnect signal using supervisory disconnect any, then the router starts to disconnect calls randomly.

don't know how to train or fix this issue.

help pls.

setting the supervisory disconnect can be tricky, because you have to know what freq the tone is from the disconnecting device is before you configure anything. Different countries/vendors use different frequencies, afaik. Are these circuits from the telco, or are they off of a pbx? What country are you in?
