CISCO PIX 501 Firewall Tunneling Config

I need to setup a tunnel for a user through my firewall to an inside address. Current config is I have a pool of address's that are NAT to one outside address. How do I setup my firewall so all VPN traffic that hits my outside address goes to a specific internal address? What do I type in at the CLI to configure this?
Ouside address is 65.1.1.1 and my inside address is 192.1.1.1
