Just happen today. I tried to PDM ( into my Cisco PIX 520 using IE 6 like before. After I type in it or use bookmark it prompt me Security Alert.
1. Security Alert,
2. Click Yes
3. Type in my username and password as before.

After 1 second it shows “The page cannot be found” like regular webpage is unavailable.

Try using FireFox and getting following message:

"
The flash device is in use by another task.
The flash device is in use by another task.

"

Try on 4 different machines and getting same result. PIX is working, and I still able to telnet into the PIX.

Any suggestions or comment are appreciated,

Thanks,

Thanks for promptly reply. I follow the link you just posted and still failed. Actually it was working fine couple days ago. Suddenly, I just get "The page cannot be found" yesterday. Maybe a reboot will help but I just don’t want to take down the PIX.

Do a "show ca mypubkey rsa", does the output display an RSA key? If not you need to generate one, erase the key and generate a new one:

ca zeroize rsa
ca generate rsa key
ca save all

It could be the key was not saved and the PIX was rebooted so the key was lost.

Yes, it displayed an RSA key when I did a "Show ca mypubkey rsa". I found a artical on cisco website regards to "The flash device is in use by another task". It says it needs a reboot. So I reboot it and PDM works after it boots up.

Thanks for your helping.

No problem, thanks for telling us what fixed your issue.
