I have a number of 802 ISDN routers that I am trying to set up. I have downloaded what I thought was the correct Fast Step software from Cisco but I cannot get it to install on XP. Is the software too old? Does it need Windows 98?

I am also trying to set up a 760 series for ISDN and need to know how to access. Is there a mechanical way to default and access thru IP or do I need to terminal in through a serial port.

Please take pity as ISDN is the only "high speed" available in my area and even though telco will provide the service they have no one capable of installing a router or TA. They don't want to provide the service so they give as little help as possible. I know the 3com ISDN Lan Modem is piece of cake, but I am trying to take some small steps to learn Cisco.
