Wireshark for sure! CUCM provides tools for looking at CDRs, etc. Real Time Monitor Tool (RTMT) provides some visibility to what's going on ... CUCM traces will give good info also ... there are tools for reading the traces .. Voice Log Translator is a good one. Triple Combo works too .. but I've learned that it misses some messaging ...
