CISCO IOS LOADING

i have a cisco switch 2900 xl and it came with higher version IOS i want to load the lower version (11.2), can you give me the steps to load ios and from where i can download the image file.

You can download the image file from

http://www.cisco.com

you have to have a service contract with Cisco to be able to download IOS. Why do you want to down grade the switch? Does the version you have not do what your looking for?

I agree why would you want to lower it , you should always keep it as high as you can . I believe these switches had certain IOS vulnerabilities in the lower code . If you have a newer 8 meg box you should be running 12.0.5Wc10 .
