Cisco... They offer a limited lifetime warranty on their products w/o a support contract. The only problem is that without the support contract, you will have to wait weeks for the repaired or replaced unit to arrive.
I recently did this for a side job of mine. The company didn't buy the Cisco SmartNET, but I was able to send the bad switch in and have them replace it. It took about 3 weeks for it to come back though.
