Cisco Firewall IOS commands

I have a 2514 router and am trying to set it up as the gateway router for my home internet connection. What I am trying to do that is causing me problems is, much like the much simpler home routers, forward packets that come in on a particular port to a specific internal IP address. ie. FTP traffic coming in one 20 and 21 should go to internal IP address 10.x.x.x. Can anyone help me with the commands to set up that and NAT together? I am running IOS (tm) 2500 Software (C2500-IK8OS-L), Version 12.2(21), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3), the particular file off of cisco's website is c2500-ik8os-l.122-21.bin if that helps any.
