Cisco CSS 11000 locked after running SCFM PLUS Diagnostics

Hi,

I have a Cisco CSS 11052 that is stuck in diagnostics mode after booting up. If left to boot on its own the following happens:

At this point there is no status or error lights displayed and the Power and Ready LED's are green. From here nothing happens and it will not boot up.

I have tried to get into the debug monitor to try and break this loop, however none of the options seem to be able to do so (see below).
