Our office uses SonicWall but this pertains to Cisco connection. We have one project going that has three developers working on it and they VPN into the agency without any problems and I did not have to change a thing with our network.
Now there is another project with three developers on it also connecting to a Cisco in another agency and none of them can connect.
I am a novice with this stuff and just don't know what else to try. I noticed our VPN uses SHA1 for the hash and the clients Cisco server not working is using MD5. Would this make a difference? Would our VPN affect the Cisco client when it tries to connect to the Cisco server using our VPN settings?
Sorry if my lingo is all wrong but like I say just trying to learn this stuff.
Thanks,
Jitter
