Cisco Catalyst 5500 w/ ws-x5010 config

hi
i was wondering if anybody had any experience configuring the ws-x5010 tel adapter

i want to get it set up and possibly use it w/7940 digital voip phone. the card is running on a cisco Catalyst 5500 switch
