I'm trying to connect an option 11 ver 23.3 with a cisco call manager using qsig. I can place a call between the systems but I am not able to get the message indicator light on the nortel phones to light up when I leave a voice mail. Everything I've read points to upgrading my switch to 24.4 or higher. Is that my only option?
