Cisco Call Manager with option 11 ver 23.X and qsig WMI

I'm trying to connect an option 11 ver 23.3 with a cisco call manager using qsig. I can place a call between the systems but I am not able to get the message indicator light on the nortel phones to light up when I leave a voice mail. Everything I've read points to upgrading my switch to 24.4 or higher. Is that my only option?

i think you may be right, although i have had mwk across qsig to a rolm on rls 21.. i am going through qsig to a ccm now, do you have mwk in rcap?.. mine will not be up for another 30 days, but i have been reading up on the config. seems to reference the later rls software
