Cisco Cable Troubleshooter

Hello forum:

I am trying to set up Cisco Cable Troubleshooter at work to analyze modem activity on Cisco UBR7200 series routers. I get this error and was wondering if any of you know what it could be. Below are errors

Error wrong # of takens read from output of sh cable modem

Starting SNMPGET-branch for [ip first variable is sysdescr.0
Stopped response for [ip] first variable is sysdescr.0

I can connect to UBR though but just can't get client information pulled from it.
