Cisco ASA 5510 VPN issue

Recently installed Cisco ASA 5510.
Set up VPN.

I can connect with my laptop via the VPN client:
Can access my Exchange mail
Can ping all servers on LAN and WAN
Can run Citrix applications.

Installed same VPN client on another user's laptop.
User can connect thru the VPN client.
User cannot access Exchange mail.
User cannot ping any servers.
User cannot run any Citrix applications.

Rather new at VPN and am at a loss as to what is the problem.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
