CISCO ACS and NT4 RAS Authorisation prob

We have aCisco ACS box (I know nothing baout it..) set to pass through the login info to the NT Domanin for Authentication If a User RAS dials in everything is fine, if the network password is changed (and synchronised)and the user enters the "new password" at logon, the ID and Password are eventually rejected. so the user cannot RAS logn...Help!! Users cannot login if their net pwd is changed even if they enter it. We also run NTSE. NT4 Ws and Svr
