I have purchased a Cisco 837 ADSL Router and am having a real bear of a time getting it to work with IE 6 SP1 (as provided by a corporate image).

When I connect to it at it connects and prompts me to select a language so I obviously have TCP/IP connectevity. I choose english and click continue. At this point I get a JVM window that pops up that says "Loading Cisco Router Web Setup. Please Wait...." I have waited as long as overnight and it never goes past this point. I have added it to Trusted Sites in IE.
I have tried enabling and disabling JVM and have tried various versions of JVM all to no avail. Even installing Netscape does not get the job done.

I can get it to work without issue on a non-corporate PC but for all the usual reasons, I need to figure out what it takes to make this work with a corporate build.

I am not a Cisco guru so please forgive any ignorance in advance. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I think I found the answer, but not the solution. It looks like the CRWS utility only works with Microsofts Java Virtual Machine, not Suns. Does anyone know a work-around?
