Cisco 831 router to 3030 Concentrator

I have a Cisco 831 series router with 4 ethernet ports connecting via client mode to a 3030 concentrator.

I am plugging in 2 pc's into the 831.(One is for work the other is my personel pc)
What mode or configuration do i need to be in to allow the one pc to traverse my vpn tunnel while the other pc can surf the internet without using the tunnel.
I think it isnt working now because I am in client mode...
I could be wrong. Any thoughts?
