Hi,

I am a newbie to cisco routers and have recently got 1 from a customer who no longer requires it. Unfortunatley no detail ie. user, password, ip etc are available. I have connected using a console cable but am getting a SYS-4-CONFIG-RESOLVE-FAILURE can anyone help. Is there a way to reset the router or am I doing something wrong I am using hyperterm to connect through com1
