cisco 800 tftp IOS

Hello.
I can´t upgrade the IOS on my cisco 800 router with tftp
I can tftp the IOS that are in the router to my tftp server but when I tried to do it "tftp flash" it won´t work.

And there are space to put it i flash.
It works if I "copy run tftp" and "copy tftp run"
So the tftp server works
any ide´s?

I use IOS 12.2(8r) YN


but if I take a router (same model but with a new IOS and try it with the same file) it works
