Cisco 7940 phones are communicating each other but .... 1

This is not a very serious problem...

I recently formatted my Call manager PC and re-installed Cisco call manager.(in the week-end)

All my Cisco 7940 phones are communicating each other but .... on the device status in Call manager admin console it is showing ...

Registration: unknown.

IP Address: File not found.

Can any one please, tell me the reason for this.
 
Go to cisco callmanager serviceability under tools---control center. Make sure Cisco RIS Data Collector is running on your servers.

After following your steps I got the phones registered & IP addresses are appearing...Thanks a lot..

I am trying to start the CRA Engine from SERVICES. I am getting this error " Could not instaled cisco CRA Engine on local computer. This service didnt return an error. This could be an internal service error or windows service error. If the problem persit contact your administrator"

Can you advice what is the reason and how to start the Cisco CRA Engine.
 
First let me ask you a few questions.

What service(CCC,extension Mobility,ect) are you looking to run with CRA?
What callmanager version are you running?
Where are you installing the CRA engine and what version?
