I recently formatted my Call manager PC and re-installed Cisco call manager.(in the week-end)
All my Cisco 7940 phones are communicating each other but .... on the device status in Call manager admin console it is showing ...
Registration: unknown.
IP Address: File not found.
Can any one please, tell me the reason for this.
