Cisco 6941 Set Feature Available? - Blink/Flash but no Ringing

Hello All:

I am new to the world of Cisco Voice (background is predominantly Nortel) and am trying to determine if a feature is available - non-ringing line. I am not looking for a busy lamp field key. In Nortel (sorry for comparison) we would program an SCN or MCN key in the PBX to show the appearance of a line (and be able to pick it up) but to not have it ring on the set itself (busy lamp field - BFS - was also an option). What is the best way to set this up? Thanks, Nicole

Under the line configuration on the phone change the ring settings to your desired action (in your case flash only probably).
