cisco 6509 and cisco 550

how can I tell what is the default for packet forwarding for these switches. Whether they are fast forward or store and forward.

Store-and-forward switching technology is the default if I'm not mistaken.

All current cisco use only forward only . The only switch I know of that did fast forward was the old 1924 series .
