So I bought a Cisco 4700 on Ebay with 4 serial and 6 Ethernet ports. It worked okay for about 4 days and now the thing reboots itself roughly every 10 minutes. Below are the error messages I receive:

(Below is from a Show Version)
System restarted by processor memory parity error at PC 0x601407FC, address 0x0
System image file is "flash:4500-11.0.18", booted via flash

(Below is the actual error from a hyperterminal session)
Error: primary data cache, fields: data, SysADDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Ethfailures,
phy21:3 0x205FA0, va14:12 0x1000
*** System received a Cache Parity Exception ***ionWARE (fc1
an
signal= 0x14, code= 0xa4205fa1, context= 0x608a44d0

I have tried reseating all of the memory modules and expansion NPM modules...all to no avail. Anyone have some suggestions?

Thanks!

Sounds like the DRAM is hosed, I would replace it.
